BAILEY’S BLOSSOMS FUNDRAISER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

FUNDRAISER PROGRAM: Subject to the terms and conditions hereof. Bailey’s Blossoms will contribute to Eligible Non-profit Organizations (as defined below) 20% of the total Eligible Purchases (as defined below). Shipping costs will be deducted from the total of each purchase prior to calculating the 20% contribution.

Eligible Organizations are qualified 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organizations located within the US, have submitted an enrollment application, been approved, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.

Eligible Purchases shall consist of those full-priced item purchases made on the Bailey’s Blossoms website using a designated Fundraiser Code (entered at checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” field). If the fundraiser code is not presented during a transaction, your organization’s account will not be able to be credited. Promotional discount codes, sales and other discounts are excluded from eligible purchases. If sale items are added to a purchase, the fundraiser code with only apply to the full-priced items in the purchase and will be credited as such.

FUNDRAISER CODE: Each Organization will be provided with 1 fundraiser code which will be unique to their organization. The fundraiser code will not be made active prior to the fundraiser start date and will become ineffective on the fundraiser termination date. 

EFFECTIVE DATES: The Bailey’s Blossoms fundraisers will commence and become effective on a date agreed upon between Bailey’s Blossoms and the Organization after the application is approved and will terminate after 1 month unless prearranged with Bailey’s Blossoms in advance.

OTHER PROGRAM CONDITIONS

Eligible Organizations shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of Fundraiser Code distribution to its participants. Eligible Organizations shall agree to indemnify and hold Bailey’s Blossoms harmless in connection with their identification or improper identification of any person or entity.

This is a stand-alone rebate program and any attempt by an organization to combine this program with any other discount could result in exclusion from the fundraiser.

All proceeds derived from the fundraiser are acknowledged by all parties to be a charitable contribution to the Organization and must be used for charitable purposes within the community. Bailey’s Blossoms funds cannot be used for political, legal, or administrative purposes. Bailey’s Blossoms has the discretion and right to terminate any Organization from the Program at any time, for any reason.

No person is required to make payment of any kind into the fundraiser.

Fundraiser meetings and planning of fundraising activities is the responsibility of the Charitable Organization.

All fundraising incentives are at the discretion and responsibility of the Charitable Organization.

Educating perspective purchasers of how to use the fundraiser code is the responsibility of the Charitable Organization.

RETURNS shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless item(s) are determined to be defective.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Total contributions will be calculated at the end of each fundraising term and paid within 30 days thereafter. Bailey’s Blossoms is not responsible for any financial mishaps once the finances are accepted by the fundraising organization.

If Bailey’s Blossoms wishes to donate any items to the fundraising efforts, Bailey’s Blossoms is not responsible for any damaged or mistreated articles of clothing.

Minimum payout is €100.00 per organization. If an organization earns less than €100.00 in a term, Bailey’s Blossoms will hold the amount until the next term in which the rebate exceeds €100.00 or the end of the program term, whichever comes first.

Bailey’s Blossoms reserves the right to evaluate the Program during the Term and to unilaterally modify the Program at any time and without any advanced notice to the Organization. When possible, the Organization will be given 10 days’ notice of any changes to the Program at any time. The Organization may elect to terminate its participation in the Program at any time. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BAILEY’S BLOSSOMS FUNDRAISING PROGRAM AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND TO BE BOUND BY SAID TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
